Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate client segment, understanding their evolving business needs and challenges.
- Devise and implement comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate growth and profitability, tailoring solutions to address client-specific requirements.
- Identify and target high-potential corporate clients within the telecom sector, leveraging market analysis, lead generation, and effective networking.
- Deliver captivating sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the unique value proposition of the company’s cutting-edge telecommunication services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their budget, negotiate favorable contract terms, and close sales deals using persuasive negotiation skills.
- Manage and nurture existing corporate client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
Public Relations (PR) Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the company’s brand visibility and reputation.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute effective PR campaigns, including press releases, media interviews, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Proactively monitor and respond to public perception and sentiment, managing any potential reputational risks.
- Serve as the key spokesperson for the company, ensuring consistent and positive messaging across all communication channels.
- Analyze and report on the impact and effectiveness of PR efforts, using relevant metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align PR activities with the overall business objectives and sales strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of proven success in corporate sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales within the telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrable expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to captivate and persuade clients.
- Keen understanding of sales techniques, processes, and the ability to leverage CRM tools to drive efficiency.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective PR strategies, with a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional leadership qualities to inspire and guide the sales team towards achieving ambitious goals.
- Membership with ZIM or CIM is an added advantage.
